Please pick the right door — the two are handled differently, and using the wrong one only slows things down.

How to read this register

Everything here is drawn from the promoter's own public material and from public registers that we can re-check. Nothing here is a court ruling — but “not yet ruled” is not “safe”, and every entry is on this register because the offer does not survive checking: the advertised returns cannot be produced by any supervised product, and the operator behind them cannot be verified. Treat each entry as a live warning, and treat a score as a measure of how much could be checked, never as a clearance. Verify with a licensed professional before you send anyone money.

Corrections, appeals, removal requests

Use the corrections page

Or write directly:

This inbox is read by a person, not by software. There is no ticketing system behind it and no automatic reply, and no promised response time: the inbox is checked periodically, usually once a month. Sending the same message repeatedly does not speed it up, and it does not change the answer — we act on evidence, not on volume.

Report a project to check

Open the tip form

Use the form, not email, for a project you want us to look at. It keeps the name, the links and any promise wording in one place, and it goes straight into our collection queue for the next run.

A tip is a lead, not a listing. Entries appear only when the promoter's own public material meets the test described on the method & math page.

What we cannot help with

Before you write about a specific entry

Include the entry number or its URL, say what is wrong or incomplete, tell us what could be checked to settle it (with sources and dates), and say whether you are the operator, an authorised representative, or a third party. Anything that changes an entry is logged in the changelog.
